Adam and his colleagues are incredibly professional, thorough and genuinely will go that extra mile to meet client needs. When a part under warranty needed replacement last week, Adam went into bat for us to ensure we had heating with only a two day delay, instead of three weeks as reported by the manufacturer. Not only that, he ensured that the installation of the new part was significantly reduced in comparison to the quote provided by the maufacturer. He then followed up with us three days later to make certain that the installation had occurred. Exceptional service!
