Had some hiccups trialling new tech that had me returning my glasses many times much to the annoyance of Specsavers staff but it's great that the feedback surveys are not ignored as manager David contacted me and has provided outstanding customer service to once again renew my decision to stick with Specsavers Pacific Werribee for all my families optometrists requirements.
