What a dead set legend. Not only save me 7 times thee amount on a scum that’s out there to rip people off. Not only he explained everything thing to me so I could understand. He was really a down to earth guy who cares giving truth in what he does. If your going to choose any one to do these work I’d highly recommend Steve

Steve knows his job. He did my our ducted heater. He has good workmanship, expertise and fair price on his jobs.

Steve reviewed my AC - he is competent, honest, a pleasure to deal with and does not overcharge - I highly recommend him.

I have used this company twice now and have rated them A+ every time. Steve has fixed my air con twice and I won’t use anybody else. The call out fee is the cheapest you will find in the West. In fact the second time he came he only charged me the call out fee! He will tell you exactly what is wrong for a very small fee. Most places I called charged more than double Steve’s fee just to come and look. If you need a repair or replacement this is the person you need to call.

Steve arrived when promised on a Saturday morning, very good service and great advice on ongoing maintenance. The fee was also reasonable. I would highly recommend Steve. and his very honest service.

I called Steve after being quoted a ridiculous call-out fee from 3 different companies to fix my evap cooler. Steve was honest & very helpful, he initially trouble-shooted my air conditioning issues over the phone, saving me a call-out fee & helping me get my cooling back on track. Thank you Steve for taking the time to help out after hours for no fee, really appreciate it. If you're looking for great service at an honest price Steve is your guy.

Very good service, and professional he came out on Sunday, and analysed the problem and booked it in on Monday, and had it fixed by moon that day.

Steve is one of a dying bread of experts in the field. He is professional and is one of the old school who actually want to fix the problem and not just replace parts that don't really need replacing. Steve is polite, very honest and does not charge over the top prices that larger companies do. He even does call outs on Sundays at no additional charge to get you out of trouble. In my case he could have replaced a mother board and charged me in excess of $300 but no...he replaced a $10 part and all is running perfectly....he knows his stuff...don't be fooled by others

I have read the other 2 reviews poster here and I have no issues with Steve at all. Great customer service. Made a time and stuck to it. Always took my phone calls. On a Sunday too without trying to charge me a fortune. Steve is licensed and over qualified for his job. The lies another person has posted is just ludicrous. I have seen all his licences in person.



Anyway. He got the job done in 45 min when others have quoted me 4 hours. Quick, efficient and ver cost effective.
