Just heard this "Carole" lady on the radio making and absolute fool of herself. completely bad mouthing a client live on air, learn to conduct yourself carole your running your business into the ground

It wouldn't let me select 0 out of 5. The worst hairdressers I've been to. They garenteed to get the colour i wanted in one session. I paid a extreamly high price and came out without the colour i wanted. The owner cut my hair while on the phone and didnt consult anything i wanted. When i went back to give them a go at fixing it the same result happened. They still couldnt do it and the price was way too high. Now my hair is breaking off from what they have done. Ive lost all the health and curls from my hair which i did not want. Essentially they have just ruined my hair for a very high price.
Only positive of the whole place is they can fit you in appointment wise well.

A very dissaponiting experience. The pricing was so deceptive and service low grade. Such a waste of time and money
