      Lock Smith and Barrel was established by Jon Ian Ellis. Jon is a highly qualified locksmith with more than 25 years' experience in the industry. He started out as an apprentice locksmith for a firm in Kent, England. Deciding that he enjoyed working on the road, Jon joined South Coast Locksmiths in Brighton.

      Rude and dismissive service.

      I am a long standing real estate agent and must say, stay well clear of this crowd! Rude and dismissive response! Do not use them! Absolutely pathetic! I am in the service industry, seven days a week. I was running around to service new tenants! Flemington van. The arrogant individual demanded my identification even after the appointment was pre arranged and sorted through a builder. I have dealt with many locksmiths over 35 years. This crowd is the worst I have ever dealt with!!

      The guy from Lock, Smith & Barrel was brilliant - he was fast, really polite and helpful and reasonably priced. I was frantic, as I'd locked myself out of my house early in the morning. Lock, Smith & Barrel were excellent!! (Cheers, Rebekah)
