AVOID AT ALL COST Arrogant staff took deposit and I had to chase them two weeks to get order in so they could make them. Then another 6 month wait. Absolute shot show for the get go. AVOID UNLESS YIU LIKE DRAMA !

Booked carpetcall Balcatta, set a date for the install and paid in advance.

Took the day off and they never showed. I had to chase them and still they didnt follow up with me.

They advised installers were having covid shots. I asked them why they didnt schedule around this if they knew and even contact the customers impacted.

AVOID AT ALL COST.

Bought 18 boxes of laminated floor on the end of November, planning to spend some of the Christmas time to put it. I ordered very particular one, even gave them a color code so they don't mess it up. They gave me an ETA around couple of weeks. Called me couple days before to let me know that it will be delayed for couple of days, but still before Christmas, which is fine. Came later to pick it up, taking a day of the work for that, and only to find out thar they still managed to screw it and deliver wrong one(same walnut color but different code). Now they are calling and emailing me to make me sign a new invoice so they don't look bad because they still did't deliver it and it's the end of Jan. Dodgy and unprofessional...if you don't need a very particular floor, I would strongly recommend to avoid this guys!



The current ETA is 23 Jan. I will wait until the 1st cause I don't believe they gonna make it before Australia day so I can use it. Next step will be fair trading and straight after going to court.

Continuation of the story(5th Feb). Still haven't got any floor and decided to request a refund. Had to call 5 times to get up the chain to the most arrogant person named Daniel who stated that no refunds will be provided and they still aim to deliver sometimes this week. Any refunds I can go to court....this is just the most awful company I ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COST!

The worst experience ever, it took 5 months from time of paying our deposit to measure and installation of our plantation shutters. They wrongly ordered the bi-fold door which resulted in an 8 week delay. The Finnish product is a disappointment to say the least. I would take the time and order some place else before ever ordering another product from Carpet Call. They are really good until they have your money then it all stops. Poor communication excuse after excuse and then when they make a mistake no compensation given to the customer.
