Premier Shades

We recently engaged Premier Shades to customise the shutters, sheers and curtains for our newly built house. We had previously obtained quotes and met with other companies and found their knowledge, options and customer service lacking. From the moment we walked into Premier Shades at Wyoming, we had a very different experience. There was no such thing as a silly question, we were given time, advice, suggestions, so many options and second to none customer service. Every step of the way, the team was nothing but amazing! We wish the rest of our build was like this. The whole process was simple and straightforward and without a hitch!

Yesterday and today, the install team were onsite. Even the consultant who initially helped us in store was onsite today to assist and offer her assistance. The final result is sensational! Our (extremely high expectations) were exceeded! Every member of staff were absolute professionals, reliable, honest, capable, accommodating and beyond helpful.

I rarely leave reviews online and never leave five star reviews but these guys were beyond brilliant.

You will not be disappointed by engaging with Premier Shades. We are very happy customers and would use them again in a heartbeat. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a recommendation.

Premier Shades should be the business benchmark for customer service. From the time Jim came to quote until the final product was installed by Reece, the customer service team were helpful & polite, the guys actually turned up exactly when they said they would and even some minor warranty work was taken care of promptly and without fuss. The product looks & work great.

Sharon and Jim went over and above to help get us back into our little home after we were hit by the September hail storm on the Central Coast.
Sharon showed my the best quality fabrics to suit my style and helped me choose the best type of products to suit our home. We went with night and day Roller Blinds to help with more privacy, late afternoon sun and also for insulation through in winter.
Jim and his apprentice fitted the blinds in no time at all and they went in perfectly.
The turn around was quick and seamless and they were just a pleasure to work with.
I will definitly be going back to Premier Shades when we extend and I would highly recomend anyone who needs the quality service to go into the showroom to see the full range they have available.
