Waited 10months for my kitchen tiles to get repaired , they finally got repaired today 29/5/24 and then the guy who çame to fix them today goes and brakes my kitchen tap the middle one where the water comes out now I have no water usage thanks to him have to wait for plumber from this same company to fix it.

Not good .

Don't engage this company for any services. They are unorganised and incompetent tradesmen. When they finally attend they do a dodgy job and sometimes cause more damage instead of fixing the initial problem.

Spoke to a lady called Amanda, she was rude and arrogant. She did not give the chance me to explain or listen to explanation. When I spoke, she rudely interrupted. Very appalling customer service skills. Amanda is not the right fit for this job, providing negative experience to clients.
