Clockwork Print

I made the silly mistake of getting theses guys to do more prints for me after having to send back an order of 10 prints last year that were done incorrectly. I thought I would give them a 2nd chance and I needed it done ASAP. It took weeks to get a basic quote which was more than last years, understandable I guess. Other Perth printers got back to me the same day and some within the hour. The correspondence over the phone was extremely unprofessional and I was constantly chasing up my emails with phone calls. To cut a long one short...in the end they printed my work and had made ‘the same mistake’ as last years 10 print debacle. I could not believe it! I had clearly stated in 3 emails, in bold, very simple instructions for the print. And once again they got it wrong. When I was finally forced to contact the Director of the company his remedy was to go to Bunnings, buy the necessary supplies and fix the issue myself. Unbelievable.

Well over a month later, (and after having to plead my case and show proof of emails where I had given specific instruction) I finally received my print and presented it to a very patient but unhappy client.
