We needed a dishwasher repair and were provided the details of this company by Electrolux. Initial repair was cancelled on the day as service person was unwell.
They do not have an answering service and frequently don’t answer the phone in business hours so that the only way to contact them is by filling in an online form.
On three occasions I called to ask where the spare part they ordered was (4-6 weeks after it was ordered). On each occasion I was told someone would call me back in a few minutes after checking where it was up to. No one ever called back in each occasion- meaning I had to chase it up multiple times to finally get an answer.
Very expensive call out fees also.

Was put through for a warranty repair job by Samsung, I was advised I’d have the first job of the day between 8/8:30 got to 9 and rang the repairer 4 times before somebody answered. Was met with Sandra I explained I had an appointment to go to only to be told I wasn’t the first job they couldn’t tell me when they’d be here and it goes on a job by job basis. I tried to explain to them I wasn’t insulting their business but I’d have to find another repairer only to be told I was. When I told them they truly lived up to their google reviews I was hung up on.
Nightmare customer service with no people skills - lodged a formal complaint with Samsung about their chosen repairer.

Prompt response for a Samsung warranty job on A/C.
Friendly and accommodating.
I was told by Samsung they had 25 business days to contact and they called within 24hours.
