Crown Street Veterinary Hospital

Very bad customer service from staff and head vet. Asked to have a bill explained and questioned certain practices and staff became defensive. Every time we have been to this vet the computer is not working properly, problems with billing or the printer is faulty. Head vet was extremely rude, poor communication and NO customer service. Made my wife and I feel like extremely uncomfortable. Not a pleasant experience. A minus10 for experience and customer service.
