Needed a remedial massage for stiffness and tight muscular pain - 60 minute massage from Paul was fantastic really hit the spots. Highly recommend.

The first therapist chatted the entire massage, failing to attend to the areas I had marked as critical, and then stretching me in such a way that left me with a pinch in my shoulder for a week. The second therapist I tried spent the first ten minutes of my appointment telling me about herself and her issues, failed to address those issues I had marked as critical, massaged me so quickly after telling her politely her "nails were a bit sharp" (i.e. digging into and scratching my skin) that I felt like I was going to be sick, spent 10 minutes massaging me roughly on my head (not an area I'd asked to be treated), tried three times to have me upgrade to a full hour, and then cut the session 10 minutes short. Today I'm in as much pain as I was yesterday. Needless to say, I will not be going back a third time.

All Therapists listen and adapt massage to suit my needs. In particular, Paul is an exceptional Therapist and has a great deal of knowledge. I have had pain in upper back and Paul has helped me get my body back in balance. Highly recommend.
