Took 2 wks for the first parcel to arrive and now my 2nd is LOST with no help from staff and are very rude. I can not believe it was lost between Coona and Tamworth, like how do you manage to do such a thing? I believe the drivers are stealing them and too lazy to drop off at my door. we deliver to your door anywhere in Australia lol yeah right, change the ad.

“Overnight priority delivery” takes min 3-4 days with StarTrack and when I got a notification today saying it was at the depot I went to pick it up but was rudely told that they couldn’t be bothered to look for it and I would have to wait for delivery, maybe later today. This is urgent medication and they couldn’t care less!
