All General Whitegoods Service

Very poor customer service. SMS received 8pm the night before scheduled service time contradicted the approximate appointment time already given when i called the day before,around which my work was planned. ( Changed from 8-930 to 2-4)When i called the office, the woman was rude and dismissive.
I will NOT rebook with All General Whitegoods Australia. There are enty of other companies to choose from.

Great company the tech was helpful and fixed my oven on the first visit
