Delta Warringah Garage Doors

Its a shame to have a new garage door installed and a short time later have it jam. I know these things happen and thats what warranty is for. But if you make an appointment and not show up or at least call to explain your delay, you cant help but wonder how important your business is to Delta Warringah Doors. When i have to call almost an hour later to find out where the technician is and i get told he is packing for holidays. All I can do is share my experience with others. He is still planning to come and fix our door apparently. Very disappointing and truth be told, Sorry just doesnt cut it.
