Fast Removalist

Moving a 3 bedroom house to a neighboring suburb booked for 8am Sunday. Fast Removals did not show up at all, no courtesy call. Managed to get hold of them finally at 10am the following day, was told I would recieve a call back with a time for a truck, they were 30 hours late at this stage, no return call, and no answer to my repeated call backs. No acknowledgement of their negligence. I had to hire another company and move in the dark, as I needed to hand keys in the following morning. I am still chasing my $200 deposit, which was paid well in advance, and am seeking further compensation. I have lodged a formal complaint with Fair Trading and if the matter is not resolved there I will be taking the matter to the civil tribunal. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NEVER TO USE THIS COMPANY. What I have written here is just the surface of unbelievable incompetence and the height of rudeness by the so called Fast Removalist.
