Free Choice Wetherill Park

I'm guessing they have swapped owners. coz i use tho go thou them every few months. but I've had a year off. thought i would go back thou them as they have been so good in the past. but now over a week ago i placed an order thou them, seen its been over week and i still have not gotten what i ordered. i called up. they lady i spoke to over the phone was very rude, swearing at me.yell at me.coz she said she sent me an email saying it was broken and i would have to wait a MONTH. but i never got any emails from them. apart from saying they have gotten my payment. she will not refund my money.and said i will be very lucky if they ever do send it to me now.
