Everytime i called, they person that answered just said he is too busy and can't talk which is understandable, but he doesnt organise a new time or anything and hangs up. Twice ive called and same outcome.

I went to these guys in August 2017 for clutch repair because it was sold as hidden fault by humbug engineering who gave me warranty for these guys to repair my car. I took it into them having. $7000 cover to fix the problem, they offer me a service rip off my back window wiper rubber and say that's part of it, I thought that was unprofessional already. Then I get a text for a list of things I need to pay for outside of what it's warranted for including the clutch and when I get my car back the next day the same problem I took it in for was back.
Stay clear of these guys they don't deserve to run a business, I'm not a mechanic but I'm sure I could a better job than these cowboys.

i was actually getting my car looked at for the warranty from the car yard and they wouldnt fix anything i also was there to witness the rude treatment towards lisa H

They had a NSW Pink Slip inspection on special for $20. So I drove in. The owner "Nenos" briefly inspected the car and found one of my brake light are not working and the windscreen wipers needed replacing. So I paid "Nenos" $20 for the cost of the inspection (which I regret in the first place). I then drove to Supercheap Auto to buy the globe and wipers, and replace them myself. "Nenos" quoted $40 for globe and wipers replacement where I done it myself for $20. On the following working day, I went back to WCCG and "Nenos" sounded not happy, and ignore me - claiming the internet is not working (which is working when I looked behind him). "Nenos" told me to come back in an hour. The hour passed, I came back and "Nenos" again told me to come back in an hour as he claims he is too busy. And I was not happy as I have wasted my time come back several times for nothing, hence demanding my $20 back. Instead "Nenos" deliberately defected my car for the alleged oil leak as a revenge. I went to another mechanic, and they found no alleged oil leaks and hence cleared all defects. Ill be writing a formal complaint to NSW Fair Trading, Motor Traders Association (MTA), and Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) as he had provided a false and misleading report to RMS (which is an offence), his poor attitude, and customer service, and question his qualifications and licencing. The clear message is to STAY CLEAR OF WCCG AND Nenos and DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY HIS SPECIALS ON THE INTERNET AND GUMTREE AD AS IT WILL COST YOU MORE MONEY AND WILL MAKE YOU ANGRY AT THE END!

I have a 5yr warranty with this company which is not being honoured after 1yr and is now under investigation by the Office of Fair Trading & Consumer Affairs. When I call they hang up on me
