Scholler Shoe Repairs

I was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly woman who works there and i found out her name is Pauline. She expressed her gratitude for my choice in bringing my watch there for repairs, inquired about my day, and bid me farewell in a warm manner.

The service and skills are really poor. They didn’t fix the product but further damage it. I won’t use this store anymore or recommend it to anyone. If there is 0 review I will put zero instead of one star

it's overpriced. This shop is very unreliable and dishonest

What a terrible experience! Pauline is a rude, I respectful animal with a disgusting behavior.

She just hung up the phone without listening, hearing.



They supposed to fix my shoes especially torn part. Pauline keeps saying they are in business 50+ yrs bla bla bla I heard it more than 5 times in 2 conversations.

I returned the shoes because they don’t fit me anymore, they are tightened. Heels not fixed, I clearly asked to have a look and fix the shoes-I don’t know what else that means. My fitting shoes don’t fit anymore!!

I left them with another person yesterday, Pauline called now asking for more money and repeats 50+ in business. When I said please don’t repeat this one more time then she said she is busy with a very over-talking tone and hung up!



I will follow this up with many, many places.
