Don't expect 24/7 service. 7om on a Saturday night we need desperate help getting into our accommodation. Clearly partying on the island is more important than helping guests. I injured myself climbing through a window to get to my medications that I can't go without. Lucky I got in or me and my son would be sleeping on the beach. Absolutely disgusting.
