FAQs
Do l need x-rays with my check up?
We highly recommend dental x-rays for every new patient that we see. X-rays detect holes in your teeth in early stages, which allows us to treatment plan you a lot more thoroughly.
Do you offer payment plans?
We will work out a payment plan to suit everyone's budget. Call the surgery for more information for a payment plan to suite your situation.
Do you offer after hours appointments?
Yes we will try and accommodate your schedule call our surgery and our receptionist will organise a suitable time for you.
Do l have to pay on the day?
Yes, at the end of your appointment payment is to be made. We accept MasterCard, Visa, EFTPOS and cash.
How l get up to Level 1?
Enter next to Rhaine and Horne restate through the glass doors up the stairs and turn left, we are at the end of hall way.
Do you do braces and implants?
Yes, braces are done by Dr Mary Phan and Dr Kunal Nathoo does do the implants.
Do you have HICAPS?
Yes, we have the HICAPS machine which allows you to claim your health insurance rebate on the spot.
Do you offer treatment for nervous patients?
Yes, we do sleep dentistry here. We have an anaesthetics' come in and sedate you in our dental chair.
Do you bulk bill the child dental scheme?
Yes, we do bulk bill. You just need to bring in your Medicare card with you.
Do you remove wisdom teeth?
Yes, we do remove wisdom teeth. We would need to see you for a consultation first and an OPG x-rays would be required which is bulk billed.
