Whilst I absolutely agree Marta can be a little abrupt, she does a brilliant job on clothing alterations and her turnaround time is very quick. She is a no nonsense worker, and perhaps that came across as rude. She is very good at her job and I would have no fear in sending delicate fabrics to her, unlike some other places I've been where clothes have been damaged! I would definitely recommend this place for great clothing alterations (the finished product), after all isn't that what you're after? I have not had a bad experience here and have been many times!
