They waited for me to move out and even viewed the house they said kitchen cupboards were in need of a clean I had payed 149 for professional cleaners but they said they would charge me extra days rent although I was available Sunday which I was paid up to they said they would clean the cupbaords they sent invoice for $66 for 30 mins work 2 weeks later sent another invoice for damage to walls which were not evident I opposed and 3 days later sent invoice for removal of cobwebs from outside veranda which were not eveident he charged $99 the company is panelle and Cheesley so beware of this com man real estate
