Ceva trailer side swiped my car while I waiting at traffic lights. I was unable to see the truck / trailer registration due to other traffic, so they’ve wiped their hands of this, leaving me $700 out of pocket for insurance excess. No offer at all to help out with costs. Apparently they sub contract the drivers, so as their management says “not their problem”.

This was after numerous calls to their office, with the response being “someone will call you back” - which they never did, until I kept calling.
