The guys who helped us move our gear out were great guys including Peter the owner.

What didnt sit well with us was our initial quote was $600 and ended up being over $1000.

They don't charge pro-rata so we were charged $200 for 15mins when we went into the next hour so they charged us for the full hour. So we essentially paid for them to have a lunch break and drive to their next job.

On inquiring to the lady who looks after accounts she did not show any understanding and really lacked basic customer service skills.

Disappointing as on our first call we thought we were onto a good thing.
