extremely rude receptionist

The receptionist at this practice was extremely rude and unhelpful. I have never come across such poor service at a medical practice before. Not recommended at all.

Crown Medical Centre were so much more helpful than I expected. I had a walk in appointment. The receptionists were lovely and didn't make me feel stupid as I hadn't known how to go about making appointments or using my medicare card. The new doctor and nurse was also caring and considerate. Positive, helpful and so relaxed. No complaints here.
