They should change their business name as totally unreliable! I booked a service call for my home and had to travel 2 hours from Melbourne to be there for service man. I was told he would contact me to advise time. Never heard from him, office person also not good at returning promised calls to advise. We had to return to Melbourne without job done and now will have to return again. Would not recommend this company.

We used reliance heating and cooling to install 2 air conditioning units. They came out and gave us quote, was very professional and thorough. Highly recommend!

I booked a service and repair visit for 2 faulty split system air con units. I agreed to the $350 visit fee which would include up to 1 hr's work on each unit. The first unit was deemed to costly to repair due to a burnt out compressor, which was fair enough. The 2nd unit was out of refrigerant. I was also told it was uneconomic to repair as I would have to pay second visit fee to add the 1.25 KG of refrigerant @ $250 KG.The 1st unit was full of gas so I asked that they use that as they hadn't bought any with them. Couldn't do that either as they hadn't got the right equipment on the van and that would again ensure a second visit fee. So I asked that as I had paid for up to 2hrs work that they come back with the right gear and do the job when passing. I was promised a call back about it and I have heard nothing. So in short, don't actually expect anything to be done on a first visit as they obviously don't carry the necessary tools or refrigerant so that they can charge for a 2nd visit.

Reliance Heating & Cooling provided an incredible service and took the time to work out the best installation strategy that suited my house. The installers were very friendly, professional and efficient. Not only was the result second-to-none, their prices for supplying and installing a Daikin unit are some of the best in Melbourne.

Couldn't be happier with the team at reliance heating and cooling. They got my stadt heater up and running even after two other companies said there was no parts for it. I would highly recommend these guys and they know there stuff.
