Ipswich Yellow Cabs

In the past 3 months I have ; pre booked cabs. Phoned for cabs. Tried to speak to someone by phone but unable to get through.

Pre-booked cabs don't arrive when I phone to speak to an operator

there is no option for that & I am hung up on. If a can I've ordered hasn't arrived within 30 min I phone to ask what happened but there is no option to speak to someone & I have to phone for another cab. Today I phoned for 3 cabs as I was late for an appointment despite phoning 30 min in advance. Finally when a friend dropped me at my destination & 45 min after I phoned for the first cab a driver phoned me to say he was waiting for me at home!! Unlike previously there is no Text to say that a driver is on their way. The worst taxi service in Australia unfortunately it is the only one in Ipswich

Booked to go to train station next morning. Text couple minutes prior arrive. Right on time. Friendly driver in John.

Short trip but no complaints from driver unlike some services where despite $30 fare they don't think it's worth it . Definitely recommend.

Called for a cab . The voice booking service didn’t understand Ripley Shopping Centre Ripley?!!

Spoke to a person , I said Ripley shopping centre , he said smell Ripley ?! This is supposed to be an Ipswich service and they don’t know where or what is a Ripley shopping centre !!

Please update local knowledge of the vast and growing area of Ipswich !!

I would definitely recommend yellow cabs over most other cab companies. On time (actually, usually early), friendly drivers, reasonable prices (as reasonable as cabbies can be).
