The customer service at this store is terrible,
me and my mother go too this store all the time, just too see the pets, every time we go there, we never have gotten a hello from the workers or nothing, there completely rude, have a sad/angry face on all the time, they hide behind the front counter the hole time you're there. the last time i went there was heaps of people in the shop, not one person who worked there, of course they were hiding behind the front counter pretending too work, while actually on there phones. i know if i worked at a pet shop the pets would make me so happy! id be welcoming every person that came in! even if they just wanted too have a look.

I went into the store because I was having a stressful day and puppies help to brighten the mood. There was a white cocky out the front and unfortunately he was left unsupervised and with no one to talk to. First I walk in and the puppies were in dirty glass displays. There were 2 big dogs in a small glass display. There were about 12 dogs, no food and all their water bowls were empty and they were dirty. The dogs looked like they had never been groomed. There was one lady, she hid behind her computer screen and kept her head down the whole time, in fact I did not know anyone was there until I stood by the desk to look at some dog outfits. The lady then put her mobile phone down quickly and pretended to be doing some work. I hung around the desk awhile to see if she would look up and greet me. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. There was a small fish display at the back corner of the store, there were fish not being looked after and a few of them looked like they had no life. The dogs instead of making me feel happy made me feel sad because I wanted to rescue them and give them some water and brush them. My trip ended and I still had no greeting from the lady who was hidden behind her desk. I heard a man say hello to her but I did not hear her respond. I went outside and the man was talking to the white cocky, as I walked away he started talking to me, his name was biscuit, and I saw him become sad as I walked away. He seemed lonely. All the animals seemed lonely. I felt like my experience left me saddened as I felt helpless because the animals need to get out of there fast!
