Had full house of screens installed, very happy with quality and service.

He installed my expensive stainless steel mesh screens on the outside of the window instead of in the track, and left ugly screws indented into the frame, making them look an ugly eyesore. I told him they are meant to sit inside the window track with hidden screws. He used all sorts of ridiculous rationale for doing them on the outside but he did them in this fashion because it was quick and easy and required no precision. I hired a screen person as i wanted them done properly and now i paid a fortune for an eyesore that a criminal can easily drill out because of the exposed screws. I have contacted another screen person who will hide the screws with framework. It wont look as bad but still not the way it is meant to be with the screen inside the window track instead of tacked onto the outside of the window.
