Bayswater Car Rental

Deplorable behaviour when I returned a car today with a friend. The asian lady standing in the Returns window didn't smile, didn't speak and didn't acknowledge us as we arrived at the window. We told her where the car was, she snatched the car and yelled out to some guy in another language then THREW THE KEYS over my head, towards the guy. She's very lucky it missed my head. I then asked if everything was ok and she said, "Move aside!" and motioned for us to get away. My friend asked if there was anything we needed to do or sign and she stared blankly at us like we weren't even there- so we awkwardly started to leave. As we were walking out the guy she threw the keys to asked if we were ok, which is at least some kind of proper customer service I suppose. She's disgusting though. If I was her boss and I saw what she did I would have fired her on the spot. What an A-Hole
