The staff know nothing and rude. The fish are sickly and dying. AVOID THIS PLACE

The young bloke who worked today had a terrible attitude, swearing and abusing my bf when he tried to help guppies in a bag that were dying suffocating in the plastic clearly over filled with no oxygen in the bag and struggling to breathe. I can’t stand to see any animal suffer and so we only tried to give them space to breathe as there was already a decent number of dead guppies in the bottom of the bag, I regretfully did not take pictures of this animal abuse. Absolutely terrible customer service and incompetent at his job, with such rude attitude being sarcastic and swearing at us, for only trying to help the fish that were obviously dying and could be prevented but was being neglected. I will not be a customer here anymore after that service and I’ll be telling many people of this incident as I am an experienced keeper in the pleco and fish community.. Tracey who used to work here was absolutely lovely and I was happy to be a customer of hers, but not with this immature rude boy working there.
