Happy Hot Yoga

Happy Hot Yoga at Woy Woy is a great yoga studio. This studio was the second hot yoga studio that I went to on the Central Coast and after my first class at Happy Hot Yoga Woy Woy I was hooked. The atmosphere of the studio is great; very friendly and welcoming. I found that the yoga really showed me how flexible I can be and also if you put your mind to something you can really achieve it. I found that each class I did was great and every single class that I went to always had something different about it. I never thought that I could ever stop my mind from constantly thinking about what is going on in my life but Happy Hot Yoga at Woy Woy taught me how to just focus on the present moment. I am forever grateful for my experience at Happy Hot Yoga Woy Woy and I would recommend going to a class at this studio. Thank you Carla and the team!
