Not impressed.
I had an A/C problem.
I was asked to make an appointment when they couldn't tell me how long it would take or how much it would cost. When I took it to the shop they the informed me it was going to a third party repair shop. If I knew this I would have gone to an A/C specialist.
I did not know the final cost until I had to pay.
The receptionist fails to call you to inform you when your car is ready (happened three times).

It was not fixed correctly the condensation from the A/C drenched my carpeting.
I took it back they said they would repair that no cost and I insisted on it being cleaned. They promised to detail clean it.
When I was finally notified that it was ready to be picked up they let me know they had "aired it out" and the smell might still be noticeable - not detailed.

I am a young university student the repairs costed $1600 in total and I went six days in total without my car.
I feel hard done by, the fact they didn't have the decency to clean my car just tips me over the edge.
They have lost a otherwise loyal customer.
