Terrible experience from day one. Disorganised, no experience with total Reno, cheap products used and installed. No proper invoices during Reno although requested. Items taken during Reno not returned upon request. Repairs and replacements requested and refused after faults detected after Reno. They had me trusting them to then throw me under the bus with shortcuts including my bathroom door being refitted by them crooked after a bad plaining job to make it fit again, leaking taps and a blocked toilet several times a week which they agreed to fix before covid and refuse to fix post covid lockdowns.
