Manor Lakes Pharmacy Select

I read all the negative reviews online and avoided this place for the longest time. However, I have now attended this pharmacy for both prescription and non-prescription purposes and have to say they went above and beyond to help me and that their customer service staff, as well as their pharmacist/s are non-stop busy making sure that everyone gets what they need. They have seats for people waiting on prescriptions and more than enough staff to take care of the patrons even in busy times. I respectfully disagree with the negative reviews.

Quite literally the worst pharmacy in the area. Rude staff, poor customer service and no knowledge of products. I would rather drive 15 mins to another chemist rather than wait 45 minutes for one medication. Management needs to up their game

Saturday morning about 9.30 amI had to wait nearly 40 mins for my medications. I was told about 15 mins. There were 3 at dispensing area and 3/4 at the service counter. I waited no one called then I went to the counter with my number receipt. There were about 10 trays of medications on dispense desk yet to be issued, no one checked them and the lady who served me had to look for mine.
