More than three weeks ago, I requested contact through the Yellow Pages website, who advised I would be contacted within 24 hours - still waiting! I know it’s close to Christmas, but not even an acknowledgment.

Mark came and pressure cleaned the outside of our house cleaned all the windows, he also did a few additional extras for no cost. Couldn’t be happier with the job he did.

I originally engaged Mark because of his catchy tag-line, quick response and friendly nature. Needless to say that was over 6 years ago and I have and continue to use his services both personally and in business, including recommendations to clients and friends. Cleaning is actually a tricky business and to do it well requires attention to detail, an understanding of scope and organisation. I cannot fault Mark on any of this and only praise his services and thank him. Thoroughly recommend for a good, honest job.

Mark was great, booked him in for an end of lease clean. Came to the house beforehand and gave a free quote, offered for me to help out with some of the cleaning if I wanted to keep costs down. Mark did all of the work though as I was busy with other jobs, but his fee was still extremely fair and I liked that he wasn't over priced like some end of lease cleaners. He went above and beyond and left the place sparkling. The real estate came back with a few small issues which Mark came back and rectified. He was extremely flexible with time and had great communication. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cleaner.

Showed up, started cleaning, broke my shower, and then suddenly decided they didn't want to do the job any more and stormed out of my apartment without explanation. And now I'm stuck on the hook to organise a new cleaner before my rental inspection tomorrow. Thanks for nothing.
