Asian receptionist is very unprofessional and can’t keep her high emotions to herself. Very poor attitude and shouldn’t be working in this capacity. Surely needs training or let go of her duties

I am very disappointed with their service. Very unprofessional. The practised accountant can not handle her high emotion when upset with client. She was not available to assist client most of the time and handled disagreement in very unprofessional manners including yelling at client on the phone
