I spent over $8,000 on a gate that simply wont work. They tried blaming everything saying it is interference or the batteries may be underpowered. They finally came out and discovered the issue may be an internal card. They took the gate away and then notified me it had been sent to Melbourne. Two weeks later it was confirmed the motor card was faulty and a replacement card would be sent back. They reinstalled the gate and it still has the same problem. I have emailed them 5 times and tries calling but they are not responding or saying that they will get back to me. Its a shame as it is a good gate with a bad motor and bad follow up on calls
