Ipswich Mower & Saw Service

All I wanted was my money back as it was blowing fuses .Have had dialog back and forth with owner .At the beginning they blamed me for the problem and charged me at the 2hr running service,which is a free service.So the owner John V who never gives his surname out to any complaints,tells me to contact Toro direct.So after no reply from Toro, I will now try a Current Affair so they can expose this business that treats locals like trash.Never do business with these guys.

Bought a BR350 which is worth $699. 1st week the strap on the back pack broke and was doing a garden clean up the nozzle kept popping out. I had to tape up the nozzle from popping out. 3rd week blower starting bogging.



Brought it in to ipswich mowers. The 1st thing the guy at at counter said when I told him the problems is oh maybe your guys have added water instead of fuel to the petrol tank. He just kept blaming us for all the troubles with the machine which is rated as a commercial grade machine. Very POOR SERVICE. Then he said that the filter from the engine is clogging in just 3 week and when I told him to cut off the filter he got it done straight way which is still under warranty.



We have been in business for more than 10 years and all we use is STIHL. Having useless sales person like these guys stihl is going to lose their clientele. I have reported the issue to Stihl head office. We were going to upgrade all our old blowers to BR900 when this new model just came out. It was a test run. The point is you DONT BLAME YOUR CUSTOMERS and try to solve the problem.



We will just upgrade just upgrade all our 10 blowers to shindaiwa as we will probe Le get better customer service and a better product.



Very disappointed with this machine and the attitude of the clown who serviced me. Please share this post with all the other fellow contractors and do not shop at ipswich mowers. You rather take the drive down to Richlands where you will get more respect.

What a terrible experience I was quoted $50 to fix my whipper sniper I requested a phone call if it was going to be anymore but did not receive one so I called to see what is happening I was told it was ready and it would be $139 and when I said no I was quoted 48 and if it was going to be anymore they would call me due to the fact a brand new one is $199 and to my amazement the guy was quite rude and said forget it mate I will just rip the parts out and u can come get it which is all good and well but they gave it back more broken to when I handed it to them!! I Don't recommend them at all!!!!!!!
