Very disappointed with my senior roast of the day. The roast was pork.

When place in front of me, I thought WOW! looking good. When I started to eat my roast I noticed the roast tasted water logged with no favourite. Then my mouth felt fatty. I had to put my meat pieces that I was about to eat on the side of the plate as there was too much fat substance in the meat. I had to add salt &p pepper to the meat but it didn't add much flavour just salty flavour . The fat was in between the meat. It was a case of cutting and removing the fat away.

The vegetables must have been frozen and heated up in a microwave as the vegetables were not cooked properly especially the peas.

Once I arrived back at my home I was not feeling very comfortable with my tummy.
