      Extremely poor customer service

      Receptionist didn't listen to instructions when the booking was made. Didn't explain specifics. And then when informed that the service provided was against instructions, was informed that I'd have to pay extra to fix it. Don't waste your time - pay the small amount extra and go to tintacar.
