What a wonderful young man. I had two others that never got back to me, but he was excelent at detecting the fault and fixing it.

**BEWARE NEW OWNERS WILL NOT HONOUR WARRANTIES because "he didn't install them" Same company name, number, email, invoicing statments and truck.
I had a ac unit installed 3 years ago with a 5 year warranty. Unit wasn't blowing cold so I called about the warranty.
I was not told they will not honour it, I was not given a confirmation on time, Zac just showed up the next day and after services was done, I was hit with a bill. I DID NOT agree to paid services, recieved a quote or spoken to about what was being done and how much it would cost.
Zac refused to leave unless I paid in full. I felt intimidated at this confirmation. 5 minutes after he left, I recieved an itemised invoice with a pay within 7 days....
