Hi I’ve recently sent two emails expressing my frustration with the quality of their screens that were put into my apartment about 4yrs ago,although I made several claims within warranty,I am continually having problems with my screens & they have not replied to my emails.In total I had 10 screens done including 3 large pleated sliding screens which have been nothing but trouble not only the flimsiness but the boing in of screens aswell as at least 3 of the sliding handles just snapping from poor quality.I now have no handles as I can’t be bothered calling & getting them replaced with the same product.I gave feed back that they need stronger handles but it was ignored.Even their Installer guy agreed they are worthless but he agreed they do nothing about the complaints from customers.The slide up screens are ridiculous to be stopped by two flimsy screws that hardly catch & screen flys up to top therefore you need a little to pull back down.That feedback was ignored also.My neighbour above had same problems & after a year of fighting with Company they replaced theirs with a much better quality product.Unfortunately I don’t recommend this Company.

They Need to Return my Money paid !

I’ve been waiting all year for My money back ! Poor service !

Never use this company , there service / product is the worse ever ! I paid up front on the first day & then they weren’t able to install there product, now I’m still waiting 5 Months later they want return the money I’ve already up front paid them for a Service they can’t deliver ! My time & money means nothing to them as I’ve emailed, spoken with them many times Only to say, oh head office needs to do this in Sydney, I’m in Victoria.
