The Yarra Valley Dairy is a not so secret, secret in Yering. The cafe/ restaurant has a superb collection of local wines to complement the spectacular variety of cheeses they make on site. The wine list is so good, it is easy to forget that this is in fact a dairy and not a winery!

The restaurant has an end with a shop which sells a superb range of local jams, artwork and wines to go.

If you time it right and the planets align you can have the greatest pleasure which is to sit by the window, eating the magnificent cheeses, and watch the milking herd wend its way up the path to the milking shed.
