Being a new client at Hair Palace, my experience have been on point. The staff members are polite and act in a professional manner. I have dark roots so when I asked for a full head of foils they knew exactly what I wanted to show, and what I wanted hidden. Will be back forsure :)

Thank you for your negative feedback.
It's a shame you feel this way about your service as you left very happy with your colour , As suggested in consultation prior to application a recommendation by colourist, foils and a root colour which is an additional fee,to eliminate any existing regrowth .
As we applied a full head of foils as you requested, which natural hair is left inbetween.
In future reference the next salon you attempt we advise you to request foils,root colour inbetween and a quote.

Paid $300 to get a full head of foils, toner and a trim. Was not happy my regrowth is still completely obvious. Went back to get it fixed and they only put another 8 foils in, my regrowth is still obvious! Will definitely not be going back again. Never had this problem with anyone else i've gone to. Seems like they don't know what their doing. Not happy.
