Very terrible customer service from both him and the receptionist lady, does not show up when he says he will and does not notify customers telling them. 3 attempts of Charlie coming out and he finally turnt up a week post initial appointment date.



Most of the work advertised I do not believe is his own, I think he has repurposed other people work, judging but what he had done at my own premises. I was charged premium dollar for work that I’m less then satisfied with, I now have actually since paid for another local electrician to come and replace what work he had completed as it just looked horrible. I would suggest sourcing other avenues before using Elite Electrical.

Highly recommended. Electrician was prompt, friendly and professional, and I appreciated the text letting me know they were on their way. Mine was a small job but they didn't make me feel like a bother at all.

Extremely professional service provider who I would highly recommend for any electrical services.
