Power outage at 6.30 am, reply from Stag by 6.50am. Talked us through some troubleshooting steps which helped isolate problem. Arrived by 7.30am, quickly located and fixed issue within 15mins. We had water running through exterior socket after some heavy rain which he immediately thought may be the issue. Friendly, professional service complete with mask protecting them and us during this virus outbreak. Highly recommend this professional team, always great service all round. This company has been responsive to our requirements during our 'settling-in' period to Young and our new home.
