My pool was looking so tired and dull. Now it looks like a new pool again thank you Uoung Pools Refurbishment

The initial job was substandard. The business owner stated work was done to his usual high standard. His wife and business partner then inspected the pool and noted areas that were not up to standard. He advised he could patch areas but the job would not be as structurally sound as the original work, so we reluctantly left the pool as it was. After just two years and the recoating is flaking off the walls, a problem that did not exist before the work. We are currently working our way through the tribunal system. Despite a five year warranty on the pool surface appearance they don't want to fix the pool. Arrogant and without any ownership of the problem. They have tried to blame the flaking walls on me by not telling the truth. Only mentioned to me after they thought the job was finished, but had to come back to inspect unsatisfactory work, that they expected me to finish the pool renovation, but said the backfill was not important and only cosmetic. It turns out the pool refurbishment has left me with a pool that is not fit for purpose. I would never engage this business to refurbish anything ever again.
