E-Dragon Dumpling Bar

We have been here a few times, the dumplings are really authentic and for what you pay for, the food is excellent. Even gone as far as recommending it to friends and relatives for an authentic dumpling house.

However, each time on our visit we were put off by the rudeness of the staff (guy taking order at the front). Today his rudeness just progressed beyond belief.

We ordered wonton soup and somehow was served hot and sour soup. When we politely inquired about the mistake (no big deal at all) and asked whether or not we can swap it with a wonton soup, the staff reacted in aggression and insisted that it was our fault, implying that we were trouble makers. It is at this point we thought we're not going to put up with this disgusting behaviour and said that we will not dine here anymore, the staff rudely relied that he does not give a f*ck whether we do.

I asked for a refund and he rudely refused saying that the kitchen is already making the food and we should get them as takeaway. It is not until we insisted that we want to speak to the owner about this that he refunded the money with reluctance, noting we were freeloaders looking for a free meal (we've only had 1 bite of the dumpling with the rest of the food still "in the making"!).

Moreover, When we asked to see the manager, his response was "Don't bother the boss won't be in today"

When asked for his name, his response was "you can call me whatever you want"

Absolutely disgusted with his attitude. Won't be coming back.
